the contents of the parcel do not match the description (with a violation of the assortment, quality, configuration or packaging);
the product was not in use, there are no traces of usage;
the goods are fully completed, there is an original packaging;
the product is exactly the one that was purchased in this store.
If you received a product of improper quality (opened the package and found a manufacturing defect):
do not pick up the goods at the post office, but make a return and contact us!
send us an e-mail to systocut.s1@gmail.com marked "Return": 1) a photo of the product showing the defect, 2) a photo of the label and 3) a photo of the packaging.
Packaging must be preserved, otherwise the exchange / return of goods is impossible.
After that, our employee will contact you to clarify the details (replacement or refund, if there was a prepayment).
The money is returned via a bank transfer to the details specified by the buyer. Cashback takes an average of 7 working days after receiving the returned goods to the warehouse.
Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" provides the consumer's right to exchange non-food goods of appropriate quality for similar, if the purchased goods did not fit the shape, size, style, color, size or for other reasons can not be used for its intended purpose. Exchange is possible during 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller. The exchange of goods is carried out if it has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels and the settlement document issued by the seller together with the goods are preserved. If at the time of exchange the required product is not for sale, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract of sale and get back the money.
However, not every product can be exchanged (returned) in this way. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994 № 172).
